Job Opportunity – Navigator/Case Manager

Gathering for Women – Monterey (GFW) is seeking a caring, flexible, highly organized navigator/case manager, who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with a variety of people, to provide case management and navigation services to GFW’s guests on a part-time (30 hours/week) basis.


We are a nonprofit charitable organization that provides services primarily to homeless women on the Monterey Peninsula. GFW operates a service center and a weekly hot luncheon program. We are actively seeking a dedicated space in which it can operate and expand our programs under a single roof. GFW is governed by a Board of Directors, and operated with limited staff and a large and dedicated corps of volunteers. This position will report to the Board President. The Executive Director will take a lead role in carrying out GFW’s mission of supporting the homeless and hungry through our values of Hope, Empowerment, Advocacy, Respect, and Transparency.
